Directions:
The shelter is located on Miller Drive behind the Wayne County Fairgrounds.
Take Route 191 North approximately one and one half miles from the Route 6/191 intersection in Honesdale. Turn left onto Miller Drive -- as though going into the Fairgrounds. Follow the road around the fairgrounds and approximately one mile up the hill, Dessin is on the left.
